Harsh Kokitkar: Batch of 2020

We are excited to feature Harsh Kokitkar, an inspiring alumnus from the batch of 2020, who is now a 3rd-year MBBS student at the renowned BJMC Pune and Sasoon General Hospital.

The KalraShukla Journey: A Foundation of Discipline

For Harsh, KalraShukla was a launchpad for his aspirations. Reflecting on his time here, Harsh says, “KalraShukla classes gave me the platform to fulfil my potential and, during the course of preparation, taught me the importance of consistency and hard work.”

The foundation of discipline, rigorous test patterns, and expert guidance gave Harsh the edge he needed to conquer NEET and enter one of India’s most prestigious medical colleges.

Teachers Who Inspired Transformation

Harsh holds immense gratitude for all his teachers but shares a special bond with Pooja Ma’am and Prakash Sir. Their dedication to teaching made challenging topics like genetics and chemistry simple and easy to grasp. Harsh recalls a turning point in his journey:

“Once, I scored below average in the genetics section. Pooja Ma’am scolded me for nearly 30 minutes! But that moment was necessary—it pushed me to work harder, and I’m forever grateful for her guidance.”

Giving Back to Society

What makes Harsh’s story even more inspiring is his commitment to sharing knowledge. Even as a medical student, he finds time to volunteer with NGOs, offering free education to those in need. His dedication to helping others reflects his belief in paying it forward and his sense of responsibility as a student of KalraShukla.

Harsh’s Advice to Aspiring Students

Harsh leaves practical and valuable advice for current students:

Revise within 24 hours: Reinforce your learning while it’s fresh.

Stick to one source: Avoid distractions and build mastery over one resource.

Work on your weak topics from tests: Addressing weaknesses early makes all the difference.

Harsh’s Wisdom: The White Coat

Harsh embodies the essence of perseverance and dedication. His powerful quote serves as a reminder to all aspiring medical students:

“The white coat is not just a cloth, it is a symbol of hard work and dedication.”

A Bright Future Ahead

Harsh Kokitkar is a shining example of how hard work, discipline, and guidance can transform dreams into reality. His journey from KalraShukla to BJMC Pune is a testament to the values we instill in our students.

We wish Harsh continued success in his medical career and are proud to have him as a part of the KalraShukla family.
