Program Structure

Parameter	Rule / Policy
Batch Design	Individually customized study plan and academic support based on each student’s preparation level and target rank.
Class Attendance	Optional. Students have complete flexibility to attend or skip any class, subject, chapter, doubt clearing session or revision session as per their personal preparation strategy.
Tests & Mock Tests	Mandatory. Attendance in all scheduled tests, part tests, cumulative tests, and full-length mock exams is compulsory.
Why Tests Are Mandatory	Regular testing is the backbone of rank improvement. Test performance allows mentors to track progress, identify weaknesses, and continuously refine the student’s preparation plan.
Penalty Trigger 1	Monthly test attendance falls below 70%.
Penalty Trigger 2	Student misses 2 consecutive scheduled tests, irrespective of reason.
Penalty Applied	The institute will not bear the hostel fee for that particular month. Hostel charges for that month shall be payable by the student.
Benefit Restoration	If the student maintains 100% test attendance in the following month, the hostel fee benefit will be automatically reinstated from the next cycle.
Academic Support	Personalized mentoring, performance analysis, revision planning, and score-improvement guidance throughout the program.

Important Note
